VDL ETG Eindhoven is a system supplier of mechatronic (sub)systems and modules and is also active in the field of production mechanization.
As a system supplier, their value chain encompasses everything from (co-)design to parts production, assembly, quality control, and testing. In-house facilities include machining, high-speed milling, precision grinding, sheet metal work, laser cutting, mechanical and electrical (cleanroom) assembly, testing, product certification, and onsite installation.

In recent months, a team of engineers has been working to map the machining machines and input them into the LubriWatch backend. From there, the optimal values for the respective machines are entered, and measurements are performed daily. This provides insight into how the machines behave with different materials and tools, allowing the behavior of the coolant emulsion to be accurately monitored and anticipated.
